HOW TO FOLLOW ALONG

NEW VISITOR GUIDE TO FOLLOWING ALONG

ACTIVE CURRICULUM

TIP #1: Welcome to our Website if you are a New Subscriber to our YouTube Channel. The first thing to note is that everything is in a Step by Step format in our Active Learning Curriculum. I would plan 30 Minutes to an Hour per lesson. If you are New, I recommend Following Along to Full-Length Content.

2-SCREEN APPROACH

TIP #2:  I recommend a 2-Screen Approach to Viewing and Following Along. Most of the videos are Formatted to be on a Smaller Screen. This will also prevent you from Pausing and Toggling Back and Forth between YouTube and Illustrator. It will also prevent Shrinking your Screen to View Both at the same Time. Have Illustrator BIG.

JASON TROUBLESHOOTING

TIP #3:  If you are Following Along on the Website, you already know that I have some Screenshots and Adobe Settings that are not on YouTube. I would also Recommend Turning on your Tool Tips (Preferences - General Settings). Last Tips is to be patient, Illustrator is a little awkward in the Beginning. ( "Art is Fun" )
Top notch video as usual man. Cheers!Made by Mighty
Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your tutorials. It’s one think to draw on paper, yet another to create artwork directly in Illustrator and yet again a completely different game to take hand drawn work into Illustrator. You’ve managed to make this process make sense and again, I thank you for your video tutorials, they’ve been a real godsend.jeremy rozen

I appreciate your videos. I have been an illustrator user for years and have my own ways of doing things. It’s great to see other ways of using tools and learning tricks I didn’t know were available!
